The Clubhouse and its waterfront amenities constitute Harbor View’s most prized asset. The Clubhouse is the center for many of the island’s meetings and social gatherings − Fourth of July, the Yacht Club Steak Dinner, the Christmas Party, the twice-yearly general meetings, and any special meetings. The beach, sun deck, dock and float are the main focus of summer activities, and all residents are welcome. The Clubhouse underwent a major renovation in 1996-97 using voluntary contributions from nearly all HBC members.
Residents can rent the Clubhouse for private parties throughout most of the year. Certain restrictions apply, and there is a per-person charge, including damage deposit and cleanup costs. Any use of the Clubhouse must be sponsored by a property owner in Harbor View. The Clubhouse is available without charge when all residents are invited to participate.
Rental Information

To request a date by Email, click on 'Rental Request for the Harbor View Club House', fill it out, and click Submit.
Once the date is confirmed on the events calendar you may print the contract and submit it, signed, along with your deposit.
